How fast as ram as

I recently builded a new host in cluster. For hosting a lot of VM, I setup 128GB memory (my friend need a large mem for running AI model).
I used ramdisk software to test how fast memory are.

VM Specs
Windows 10 22H2
CPU: 8 cores (host CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700 VM KVM processor )
MEM: 64GB
Ramdisk: softperfect ramdisk

For compare purpose I use benchmark SSD PCIe 4 (from public website)

I plan to use this disk for host some vm backed by Hyper-V
